As a Manager of Funds Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing daily fund operations in private debt and private equity transactions. This includes resolving high complexity situations, providing support to team members, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be an expert on fund structures, private debt, and private equity transactions and procedures.
  • Develop frameworks for adherence to procedures and policies, ensuring adequate training and constructive support for senior officers and officers.
  • Lead as a supervisor, conducting regular meetings with team members to engage and foster a positive work environment.
  • Build relationships both internally and externally while organizing training sessions to enhance team knowledge and capabilities.
Your Profile:
  • 6-8 years of experience in asset management is highly valued, preferably within fund houses or fund administrators.
  • Strong knowledge of fund structures, private debt, private equity, and eFront is essential.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of leadership experience is required.
