  • Client Communication: The Student Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring correct, timely, and effective delivery of all company communications.
  • Research: The Student Manager serves as a key resource for conducting high-level research under the Consultant's directives and guidance to support client needs.
  • Data Management: The Student Manager collects, organizes, updates, and maintains comprehensive client information to facilitate personalized services according to individual needs and requirements.
  • Administration and Logistics: The Student Manager coordinates and oversees daily office activities in collaboration with team members, clients, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Creative Writing, or other related fields.
  • Communication Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication skills enabling effective engagement with consultants, written emails and messages with clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking, analytical, and decision-making abilities with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and developing strategic solutions.
  • Productivity and Time Management: Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple demands, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
