We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious professionals to join our growing team as Technical Support Coordinators.

This is a long-term career opportunity that requires 18–24 months of structured learning before mastery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level support to end users, resolving or escalating technical issues related to software, systems, and applications.
  • Troubleshoot complex problems, document incidents, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues and follow up on progress.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of company products, services, and business domains through structured training and on-the-job learning.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance support processes and user experience.
  • Prepare and maintain helpdesk documentation and user guides as needed.
Requirements
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Demonstrated ambition to grow into advanced roles within the company.
  • Flexibility to work UK or US operational hours, depending on business needs.
