
Senior Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support organization, you will provide top-notch technical assistance to customers and help resolve complex issues in a timely and effective manner.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to communicate technical information clearly, and have a strong passion for helping others. In addition to providing technical support, you will also work closely with our product and engineering teams to identify and address root causes of issues, develop new solutions, and improve our overall support processes.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat channels, resolving complex technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address root causes of issues, develop new solutions, and improve our overall support processes.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing best practices and contributing to the growth and development of our support team.
- Rigorously document technical solutions, troubleshooting steps, and team processes, ensuring knowledge is shared across the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, preferably in IT or software support.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with popular operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS), networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
