Job Overview

This is a mid-senior level technical role in our Information Technology team, focusing on providing top-notch support for IT systems and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security, integrity, and efficiency of our operations.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with global teams across multiple time zones to deliver exceptional service to our clients. You will also have opportunities for leadership, expertise, and global client exposure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide expert-level technical support for all aspects of IT systems and services.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Manage cloud infrastructure, including setup, configuration, and maintenance.
  • System Security: Ensure system and data security is maintained at a high standard.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with staff and suppliers, both internally and externally.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Global Support/Technical Operations Engineering.
  • Relevant IT experience and/or certifications in Microsoft O365, Azure, or AWS.
  • Proficiency in PowerApps, with experience in developing and customizing business applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to confidently interact with staff and suppliers.
