As a seasoned team facilitator, you will support Engineering Scrum Teams and contribute to the development of high-impact software and features that deliver value to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless communication among team members
  • Monitor progress and keep all parties informed
  • Provide timely feedback to stakeholders
  • Advocate agile values and practices within the organization
  • Onboard, train, and mentor scrum team members
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to refine product backlogs
  • Identify and remove roadblocks hindering team progress
  • Adapt Agile practices to enhance software delivery
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Agile Scrum Master Certification (strongly preferred)
