Web Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Web Development Specialist to join our Digital Performance Team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance websites, ensuring seamless user experiences across multiple platforms.

As a core member of our team, your expertise in front-end development and website optimization will ensure our web properties meet modern standards for performance, security, and scalability. You will work collaboratively with creatives, paid media, SEO, account management, content, and product teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all web assets.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for web development and digital marketing, with at least 4-5 years of experience in client management, web development, and communications. They will also possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills, as well as the ability to take on projects from conception to implementation.

This is a full-time remote position that follows Sydney timezone/work hours. We are a BYOD company and offer a fun, creative, and innovative culture. Working with world-renowned brands and exciting start-ups, this opportunity allows you to grow our agency services customers' business and success.

  • Implement custom web designs and develop websites on Shopify and WordPress (Elementor)
  • Implement recommendations to improve site speed, reduce technical debt, and enhance overall user experience
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all web assets
  • Provide proactive and professional reports and updates on web projects and programs
  • Manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
