Senior Agile Project Manager

This role will serve as the Scrum Master for product and website engineering teams and primary project manager for non-technical initiatives across the organization.

  • Facilitate fast, focused delivery in agile environments to drive alignment, execution, and traditional operational tracks.
  • Work daily with ClickUp and Slack to keep plans on track and blockers unblocked, ensuring everyone is moving forward.
  • Run daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, website, and product team meetings.
  • Own backlog grooming, sprint tracking, and ClickUp management.
  • Monitor sprint velocity, timelines, identify, and resolve blockers in real-time.
  • Serve as a liaison between product, engineering, and design to ensure clarity and cohesion.
  • Foster continuous improvement by refining agile processes and team rituals.
  • Help coordinate high-priority projects for marketing, clinical ops, customer experience, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate risks, recommend tradeoffs, and drive consistent follow-through with teams.
  • Support leadership team visibility into team capacity, dependencies, delivery timelines.
  • Champion a culture of clarity, accountability, and high-quality execution.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, or Program Management roles.
  • A strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • A track record of managing technical and non-technical projects in fast-paced settings.
