Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative at Interactech Solutions Inc., you will be responsible for generating sales in a fast-paced environment. Your primary objective is to influence existing or potential customers to buy products or services through cold calling or responding to incoming requests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct cold calls using a given phone directory to sell products.
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers to understand their requirements.
• Record customer personal information accurately in a computer system.
• Handle complaints or doubts to maintain the company's reputation.
• Keep records of calls and sales, recording useful information.

Requirements:
• Must possess at least a college degree in any field.
• Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role is essential.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone, is a plus.
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in English.
• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
• Persistent and results-oriented.
• Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
• Willing to work on shifting and holidays.
