Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented sales professional to support our customer-facing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support customers using our e-commerce platform, assisting with web orders, product availability, pricing, order status, and delivery tracking.
  • Process sales orders and enter customer data accurately in CRM and ERP systems.
  • Follow up on inbound leads, quote requests (RFQs), and web inquiries to help convert interest into sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and assist with administrative support related to sales transactions.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related B2B role (experience in electronics or manufacturing is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills in English — both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, Netsuite, or similar platforms) preferred.
  • Tech-savvy and able to support customers using digital tools and e-commerce systems.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently during night shift hours.
  • Prior experience working remotely is an advantage.
