Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot customer issues via phone calls, addressing their concerns with empathy and clarity.
  • Handle a range of technical inquiries, including hardware setup, software functionality, troubleshooting, and best practices.
Technical Expertise
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our product lines, encompassing assembly, software, hardware, printing solutions, and account management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, escalating cases when necessary.
  • Collaborate with teams to share knowledge, resolve escalations, and enhance workflows.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of technical support experience.
  • Previous remote troubleshooting experience is required.
  • Exceptional English language written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
