Job Title: Social Media Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced social media professional to lead our digital presence.

Responsibilities:
  • Edit and create engaging short-form video content for various social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
  • Edit and repurpose podcast episodes into compelling short-form content to captivate our audience.
  • Develop and implement a strategic content calendar to ensure consistent posting across all platforms.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize content and improve engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices in content creation.
  • Collaborate with our team to align content with our overall brand messaging and goals.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media content creation and management.
  • Proficiency in video and audio editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, and Descript.
  • A deep understanding of content formats and audience behavior on various social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A creative thinker with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Prior experience in an agricultural industry is a plus.
  • The ability to support administrative duties as needed to achieve business objectives.
Preferred Tools:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Audition, Photoshop).
  • Canva, CapCut, or similar mobile/social edit tools.
  • Scheduling tools such as Buffer, Later, and Hootsuite.
  • Analytics platforms like YouTube Studio and LinkedIn Insights.
