Job Title: Client Onboarding Specialist

This role involves working directly with clients to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting intake and onboarding procedures, monitoring client progress, and providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work from 8am to 5pm US time.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct complete intake and onboarding procedures using systematized software.
  • Monitor and track client progress in the onboarding pipeline.
  • Help clients define their needs and manage their timeline toward starting services.
  • Respond to clients' emails, chats, and calls regarding the onboarding process.
  • Create client intake reports, summaries, and KPIs.
  • Organize client files and ensure everything is complete and up-to-date.
  • Provide detailed direction to clients on how to get started with service implementation.
  • Develop measurements to understand the impact of successful implementation.
  • Quickly disseminate any updates of the service authorization request to clients and internal teams as needed.
  • Perform other tasks related to client onboarding as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Able to work from 8am to 5pm US time (Eastern Time).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – a must.
  • Preferably minimum 3 years of experience in dealing with customers or clients.
  • US insurance background is a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
  • A dependable, organized, and reliable professional with a huge sense of responsibility.
