We are looking for a strategic, driven, and well-networked Publisher Development Manager to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of publisher acquisition, activation, and long-term account growth.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • IDentify and prioritize key publisher opportunities across verticals.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline through outreach and industry events.
  • Pitch value proposition, lead commercial discussions, and execute contracts.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in publisher development, affiliate marketing, adtech, or martech.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring and scaling high-value publisher relationships.
  • Experience managing publishers such as cashback sites, content platforms, OEMs, or fintech aggregators is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem in Asia.
  • Proven negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Excel, affiliate dashboards, and analytics platforms.
