Job Title: Managed Services Engineer

\

We are seeking a professional to provide end-to-end support for customers with a focus on SDWAN, Internet, and related services.

\

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced technical environment, with expertise in SDWAN (Versa Networks preferred).

\

A strong command-line networking skillset, including Cisco, Fortinet, and Juniper, is essential. CCNA/CCNP certifications are highly desirable.

\

Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance and processes is also required.

\

This is a full-time, remote opportunity with multiple shift options available.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end support for customers.\
  • Troubleshoot and configure basic LAN setups and Microsoft operating systems.\
  • Support the provisioning and onboarding of new customers for managed services.\
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve support issues.\
  • Own support issues from start to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction.\
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships by delivering outstanding support.\
  • Mentor and train fellow engineers on complex technical issues and solutions.\
