UI UX Project Coordinator Job

We are seeking a highly skilled UI UX Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing or coordinating web or mobile projects and possess a general understanding of UI/UX design and software development processes.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate project tasks and updates internally and with clients
  • Convert project conversations into relevant tasks and keep clients informed of progress and blockers
  • Create and assign tasks to team members using ClickUp
  • Review and ensure that design requirements are met and approved by the design lead
  • Coordinate Figma files and deliver designs to clients via video calls or screen recordings
Requirements
  • 0-2 years of experience in managing or coordinating web or mobile projects
  • General understanding of UI/UX design and software development processes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using Figma and ClickUp
Preferred Qualifications
  • Expertise in ClickUp and Figma
  • Experience in managing or coordinating UI UX projects

This position is part-time with the potential to become full-time. As a member of our team, you will collaborate with experienced professionals and receive mentorship while working on exciting UI UX projects in a remote environment.
