Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior UI/UX Designer to lead design efforts across our suite of interactive gaming and entertainment platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and optimize user interfaces for modern gaming and entertainment websites, including mobile-responsive experiences that drive engagement and conversions
  • Enhance user experience across platforms based on user feedback, analytics, and internal UX evaluations to inform design decisions
  • Mentor and review work from junior designers, offering thoughtful and constructive feedback to promote growth and development
  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems, UI libraries, and reusable interface components that meet business needs and goals
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure design aligns with product vision and strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital entertainment, interactive UX, and interface innovation to drive forward-thinking solutions

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio featuring user-centric designs
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, with bonus points for expertise in Zeplin, Principle, or similar tools
  • Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, spacing, and hierarchy that create an engaging user experience
  • Understanding of behavioral UX and conversion-optimized design principles to drive business results
  • Experience with motion design tools (e.g., After Effects, Lottie) is a plus for creating dynamic and interactive experiences
