Job Title: User Experience Designer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with UX strategy and workshops to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Create user flows and product sitemaps based on the developed strategy.
  • Design low and high-fidelity wireframes that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Develop or leverage design systems to create new features or solutions that meet the latest industry standards.
  • Conduct research and create mood boards and design concepts for UI ideations.
  • Design and develop low and high-fidelity Figma prototypes that showcase the proposed solutions.
Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of experience designing interfaces and mobile applications.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, design system) to streamline the design process.
  • Able to design intermediate and edge-case screens in a user flow, given only the first and final screens.
  • Familiarity with design requirements for multiple platforms/devices (Web, Tablet, Mobile).
  • Familiarity with existing design systems (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines, Tailwind).
  • Strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex design challenges.
  • Good understanding of user flows and design principles.
  • Attention to detail to ensure consistency throughout the design.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience designing SaaS products (Dashboard, Portals, Analytics).
  • Ability to create personas and draw experience maps to gain deeper insights.
  • Ability to audit product usability and provide actionable recommendations.
