Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage projects from inception to completion.


Job Description:

  • Oversee the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as quantity surveying, architecture, civil engineering, or construction management.
  • Proven experience in project management, quantity surveying, or architecture within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract management, and architectural design.
  • Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Excel, or similar.
