Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute tailored recruiting marketing strategies
- Maintain collaborative relationships with external partners and stakeholders
- Recruit for high-volume and niche requirements
- Apply in-depth knowledge of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to drive project success
- Contribute to the development of organizational policies and procedures
- Pursue complex projects of large scope and deliver innovative solutions aligned with business objectives
Key Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience with at least 4 years relevant work experience in Recruitment Marketing/Branding required
- Prior experience in niche recruiting highly valued
