Job Title: Senior Operational ManagerLead a team in Manila, supporting local operations throughout the Asia Pacific region.Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain operational procedures to ensure seamless support and client satisfaction.
  • Manage a growing team of direct reports, ensuring strategic alignment and fostering knowledge sharing.
  • Develop strategies to improve client experience, drive operational efficiencies, and align to best practices.
  • Coordinate with regional heads to support their businesses and resolve issues for external stakeholders.

Requirements include:

  • Minimum 10 years of solid experience in a managerial/leadership role in an operations hub.
  • Strong preference for (re)insurance operations experience, covering Technical Accounts, Claims, and Fiduciary.
  • Commercially astute with strong business sense and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong client orientation with a track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to manage and network in a multicultural environment with influence across stakeholders.

  • Establish an effective operating rhythm and build a high-performing operational team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve regional and global objectives.
