Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a key leadership position. As a strategic leader, you will oversee daily operations for multiple teams and several unit supervisors, ensuring they meet performance and quality expectations.
- Develop and implement process improvements that align with organizational objectives.
- Mentor and guide staff to optimize resource allocation and enhance business outcomes.
- Evaluate team performance, identify areas for growth, and recommend training and development opportunities.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication within the team.
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in a related senior-level role, preferably in trade/cash operations and management.
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement processes resulting in improved business performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as analytical abilities.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
