Senior Operations Manager

Job Summary:

As the Senior Operations Manager, you will lead and oversee all aspects of Sip2Glow's livestream commerce operations, ensuring seamless execution, team efficiency, and sales performance on TikTok and Shopee. You will manage the end-to-end operational workflow, optimize resources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and creative. Your main goal: scale our livestreaming strategy while maintaining top-tier execution and strong ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Livestream Operations Management

● Own and manage daily livestream schedules across TikTok and Shopee.

● Oversee the full production process—from pre-live planning, script coordination, and product readiness to post-live analysis.

● Collaborate closely with hosts, content creators, and product teams to ensure live sessions are engaging and sales-driven.

2. Team Leadership & Coordination

● Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing livestream operations team (e.g., content planners, live assistants, product runners).

● Implement SOPs to streamline workflows and improve team performance.● Coordinate with the HR and recruitment team to hire talents as needed for expansion.

3. Strategic Planning & Optimization

● Analyze livestream performance metrics (conversion rate, engagement, sell-through) and implement data-driven strategies to improve KPIs.

● Develop strategies for content pacing, host performance, promotional mechanics, and platform algorithm optimization.

● Work with the sales and inventory team to ensure live content aligns with product availability and promotional campaigns.

4. Platform Liaison & Compliance

● Keep updated on TikTok Shop and Shopee Live policies, algorithm changes, and best practices.

● Serve as a key liaison between Sip2Glow and platform account managers or reps.

● Ensure livestream operations comply with both platform guidelines and internal brand standards.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

● Coordinate with Marketing for promo planning, giveaways, and ad boosting.

● Work closely with Logistics to ensure product readiness and accurate stock alignment.

● Sync with Finance for budgeting, host commission tracking, and ROI analysis.

Qualifications & Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field.

● Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations, with at least 3 years in e-commerce or livestream selling.

● Proven track record managing livestream operations, ideally on TikTok or Shopee.

● Strong leadership and project management skills; able to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

● Deep understanding of platform mechanics, consumer behavior, and content trends in the livestreaming space.

● Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Technical and Creative Skills:

● Platform Proficiency:

○ Strong command of TikTok Shop Seller Center, Shopee Seller Center, and their

respective livestream backends.

○ Knowledge of livestreaming software and tools (e.g., OBS Studio, Streamlabs,

Switcher Studio).

● Creative Direction:

○ Ability to guide creative production, including scripting, storytelling, set design,

and on-camera presentation.

○ Sharp eye for visual aesthetics aligned with brand tone and platform trends.

● Content Strategy & Trends:

○ Ability to identify and adapt to trending content formats and audience

engagement tactics.

○ Experience working with influencers or livestream hosts to co-create

high-converting content.

● Video & Design Tools:

○ Working knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final

Cut Pro is a strong plus.

○ Ability to coordinate or oversee basic video editing for highlight reels, promo

clips, and replay uploads.

● Data Analysis & Optimization:

○ Ability to interpret livestream analytics to drive performance (CTR, CVR, watch

time, retention rate).

○ Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and data dashboards for reporting and

tracking
