This is a senior-level leadership position focused on overseeing the daily operations of a team.
Our ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have experience in leading teams to achieve performance expectations.
Responsibilities- The Team Lead will supervise a group of associates, monitor their work and attendance, and ensure that they meet performance metrics.
- They will also coach direct reports on a regular basis to ensure they are meeting their targets.
- The Team Lead will identify any performance-related issues, develop an action plan to improve them, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- They will also ensure that the service delivered to customers meets contractual KPIs and financial expectations.
- The Team Lead will communicate expectations to employees, provide timely updates, and act as a subject matter expert for escalated customer calls.
- They will conduct team meetings to facilitate communication and provide an open forum for input.
- The Team Lead will stay current on internal work processes, policies, and procedures, and attend required manager development training.
- An Associate degree in a related field with two to four years of relevant experience is preferred.
- The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be highly motivated, and be able to lead a team in multitasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverables.
- They will also have the ability to mentor, coach, and provide direction to a team of employees.
- This is a full-time position with flexible working hours.
- The successful candidate will receive regular feedback and opportunities for growth and development.
