Customer Support Role

We are seeking an experienced support specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and play a key role in the growth and success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering outstanding support, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support via various channels, including email, phone, and chat.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, owning customer communications from initial request through to resolution.
  • Collect customer feedback and contribute to the development of our products and services.
  • Identify and escalate issues to the development team, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain internal and customer-facing documentation, such as knowledge base articles and FAQs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless support delivery.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer support role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in software systems such as Zapier, Slack, Zoom, Loom, Google Workspace, Atlassian, and Intercom.
