Transformative AI Program Manager

Drive the design and development of next-generation AI systems across Asia-Pacific, partnering with a global leader in digital transformation and enterprise technology services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable AI models using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot, LLMs, and Azure ML.
  • Design AI solutions with ML pipelines, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and intelligent agent systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to ensure secure, optimized deployments.
  • Translate business needs into actionable AI strategies.
  • Integrate Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI APIs, and vector databases such as Azure AI Search, Pinecone, FAISS, and CosmosDB.

Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience with Azure AI tools, Copilot, and related platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of LLM tuning, RAG, and machine learning development.
  • Proficiency in Python, with experience in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and ML libraries.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, AI DevOps, and MLOps.
  • Understanding of AI security best practices and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience working directly with enterprise clients.
