Full Stack Developer - AI Expert

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team. This role involves building and deploying full-scale applications while leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to maximize efficiency and code quality.

About the Role

This is a hands-on IC role for someone who thrives in async teams, can hit the ground running, and cares about velocity without compromising code quality.

  • Developing reliable, production-grade code in Python (Flask) and React
  • Supporting sprint milestones by building, optimizing, and maintaining platform features
  • Integrating with backend task orchestration using Celery and AI-driven workflows using Crew AI
  • Working independently, while syncing with team lead and the broader product team

This role requires strong async communication skills and the ability to unblock yourself or others without waiting for standups.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-stack experience, solid production experience with Python (Flask), and can build and maintain dynamic frontends with React.

About You

You're a calm, focused contributor who enjoys working across the stack and knows how to unblock yourself or others without waiting for standups.

You might be based anywhere in the world, but you're available for collaboration windows with PH or EMEA teams and can commit to 30–40 hours/week (with some flexibility).

Requirements
  • 5+ years of full-stack experience
  • Python (Flask) – solid production experience
  • React – can build and maintain dynamic frontends
  • Familiarity with Celery for async task management
  • Strong async communicator; can manage own time and unblock sprint delivery
