AI Insights Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an AI Insights Specialist. This role will focus on uncovering valuable insights from data and providing actionable recommendations to drive business growth.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in analytics and statistical analysis, with the ability to design and implement models that uncover trends and patterns in large datasets. They will also be skilled in building dashboards and reports using Looker Studio or similar BI tools.

This role requires collaboration with linguists, program managers, and raters to translate findings into operational and client-facing insights. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with BI/visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Sisense, Tableau, or PowerBI
