AI Software Development Expert

About the Role:

This position is a key component in our company's software development lifecycle, focusing on designing, developing, maintaining, auditing, and enhancing software applications.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and elevate development velocity, spark innovation, and transform the developer experience through AI-augmented tools and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using various programming languages such as .NET and Python.
  • Lead the integration of AI technologies to enhance software applications.
  • Mentor junior engineers and influence best practices across teams.
  • Develop and implement automated testing tools and frameworks.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with back-end development.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
  • Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, Azure), including serverless infrastructure.
  • Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Strong grasp of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
