Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our team. As an Architect, you will be responsible for providing expertise in ADU feasibility, site planning, architectural design, and permitting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage own projects independently while collaborating with a remote team through project reviews, process improvements, and daily communication.
  • Develop design concepts, prepare architectural drawings, integrate permitting processes, and work with city planners.
  • Create 2D and 3D renderings, models, and ensure brand consistency across all drawing sets.
  • Coordinate and integrate engineering plans, ensure compliance with ADA, safety, zoning, and local planning codes.
  • Prepare full drawing sets for permit submittal within 3–6 weeks of project start and submit and manage the permitting process until approval.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • 3+ years of experience in a multi-client architectural environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Experience modeling from point clouds in Revit, creating 2D/3D renderings and animation (CGI is a plus).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-directed and able to work autonomously in a remote environment.
  • Passion for learning and growing architectural knowledge.
