Architecture Assistant Role

This role is ideal for an individual with strong organizational skills and experience supporting senior professionals in architecture or construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming emails, draft responses, and flag urgent messages
  • Organize tasks for the architectural manager
  • Maintain task management systems and follow up on pending items
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate project timelines
  • Handle document organization and report preparation
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in architecture or construction
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with email management and task management software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with architectural terminology and workflows
  • Experience using ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or similar task management software
