Brand Manager Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for driving business growth.

We are seeking a skilled Brand Manager to oversee Amazon accounts from onboarding to growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading client relationships, driving results, and making eCommerce smoother for everyone involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead onboarding and manage brand milestones (30/60/90 days)
  • Own client communication, performance reviews, and insight delivery
  • Coordinate internal teams (SEO, Design, Ads) to keep progress on track
  • Resolve client issues through ongoing audits
  • Ensure SOPs are followed for onboarding/offboarding
  • Contribute to quarterly case studies and internal team updates

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in Amazon Seller Central (PPC, flat files, SEO, etc.)
  • 2+ years in client/account management (agency preferred)
  • Clear communicator and proactive problem-solver
  • Fluent in ClickUp, Slack, Zoom—or eager to learn
  • Reliable, thoughtful, and fast-moving under pressure
