Job Overview

With years of experience in all phases of Workday's deployment lifecycle, we determine the most efficient integration designs and rapid deployment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expertise in the Payroll product suite, with deep knowledge and experience with Absence & Time Tracking
  • Lead project teams or coach others to gather and document client requirements, design and configure Workday solutions, demonstrate configurations through prototype systems, assist in testing, and complete knowledge transfer
  • Work with data conversion teams to convert legacy data into Workday
  • Configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party or custom solutions
  • Mentor new professionals and serve as a role model
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively to drive project success

As a seasoned professional in this field, you will have a profound understanding of Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking. You will be responsible for ensuring successful deployments by architecting, configuring, and testing Workday solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.

Requirements
  • Current Workday Time Tracking Certification
  • 4+ years configuring and implementing Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking Solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous consulting experience with a software company
  • Experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Functional experience in one or more areas: Payroll, Absence, and/or Time Tracking
