Your day at NTT DATAThe SAP SuccessFactors Consultant is expected to have a deep understanding of and is responsible for providing expertise in multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules. They will be assigned to deliver tangible, sustainable, effective and quality SAP SuccessFactors-related business solutions for new implementations, ongoing customer support and implementation of additional functionality, with experience in integration into other modules. What you'll be doingKey Responsibilities:Provide consulting services to clients efficiently and effectively, based on technical expertise and experience.

Serve as a subject matter expert with a deep understanding and ability to implement SAP SuccessFactors. Deliver workable solutions focusing on SAP SuccessFactors, including integration with other SuccessFactors modules, to meet clients' business requirements. Translate business requirements into system configurations and create solution designs for SAP SuccessFactors following best practices.

Carry out all project phases: Prepare, Explore, Realise, Deploy, and transition to Support. Adhere to corporate standards, security guidelines, and sustainability, delivering within time constraints. Identify sales opportunities within existing customers, communicate internally to management, support presales efforts, conduct demonstrations, and presentations.

Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions with colleagues. Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field. At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience.

Must have experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
