McCoy Philippines, a trusted SAP Partner, is looking for a SAP FICO Consultant to support upcoming SAP implementation projects. We specialize in delivering innovative SAP and IT solutions, with a strong focus on customer success, quality delivery, and collaborative engagement.

This role will primarily be involved in end-to-end implementation activities—from requirements gathering and configuration to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

What You'll Do

Work on SAP FICO configuration and implementation efforts, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and related areas.

  • Collaborate directly with clients to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Support full project lifecycle activities: blueprinting, system configuration, testing, cutover planning, and user training.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and other functional consultants to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Contribute to post-implementation stabilization and continuous improvement efforts.

Who Are You?

  • Proven experience in SAP FICO implementations. Mid-level candidates should have at least 2 projects of implementation experience, while senior-level candidates should have at least 5.
  • Strong understanding of core finance processes and accounting standards.
  • Experience in Banking integration, DMEE, Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC), or Cash Management is highly desirable but not required.
  • S/4HANA experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
