We are seeking a highly skilled Research and Development Scientist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving scientific innovations and developing new products and services that promote quality and profitability.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Formulate innovative ideas and strategies for research and technology upgrades.
  • Plan, organize, and control projects based on approved roadmaps.
  • Conceptualize new products and services that meet client needs and develop business cases.
  • Manage and monitor projects supporting innovation programs.
  • Implement approved research and technology upgrade projects promoting scientific innovations and/or new products and services.
  • Conduct continuous research on emerging technologies and trends in the geothermal industry.
  • Collaborate with internal and external consultants to identify and apply appropriate technologies.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science with relevant professional licensure and experience in scientific studies. Additionally, they should have knowledge of research methodologies, effective analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be up-to-date with the latest developments and technology in energy advancements.
