
Paid Social Campaign Manager

As the Lead of Paid Social, you will be responsible for scaling cost-effective customer acquisition and reactivation campaigns across multiple search and biddable product categories. You will work with a team of Paid Social experts to develop and execute the strategic plan, use analytics to inform decisions, and drive execution to optimize marketing efforts against company goals.
This high-performance role offers the opportunity to work with teams across the organization - from Brand, Discounts, Creative, and Analytics. To kick things off, you will focus on various Paid Social channels (such as Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat) as Strategic Investments, working with in-house experts and agencies to find synergies to bring high-quality customers to the business.
Responsibilities:- Plan, design, and execute paid social campaigns from execution to completion.
- Use data-driven approach to analyze performance drivers and optimize campaign performance.
- Be responsible for all campaign trafficking, quality control, campaign launch, reporting, and analysis.
- Optimize campaign performance towards activation, retention, and reactivation goals.
- Analyze & report on campaign KPIs to key stakeholders.
- Partner with internal teams to optimize campaign performance; e.g. Creative, BI, CRM, etc.
- Develop relationships with key paid social partners to nurture performance growth.
- Provide project management support to ensure deadlines are met.
- Strong understanding of paid social and all performance marketing metrics (CPM, engagement rate, CPA, CPC & LTV).
- Experience running large multi-million dollar growth campaigns on paid social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit, and Snapchat.
- Strong communications and presenting skills with an eye for creative performance.
- Strong quantitative & analytical skills; able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance.
- A process-improvement mindset to help us become more efficient in our activities.
- A curiosity to not just know what is happening, but to understand why it is happening.
- Obsessed with growth and building things while not being afraid to get your hands dirty.
- Familiar with the fast-paced, demanding, and analytical startup environment.

- 3+ years of experience directly managing paid social campaigns on the client-side or at a performance marketing agency.
- Proficient at Excel for performance analysis.
- Knowledge of Facebook bidding, targeting, optimization, as well as web & app tracking setup and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with performance marketing metrics and platform reporting.
- Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills and project management ability.
