Paid Social Campaign Manager

This position is responsible for the end-to-end management of paid social campaigns across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, experience running large growth campaigns on paid social media platforms, and excellent communication and presenting skills.

Key responsibilities include campaign trafficking, quality control, launch, reporting, and analysis. The candidate will also be expected to work with project management tools to ensure deadlines are met and help design, implement, and analyze experiments across paid social channels.

  • Strong knowledge of paid social and performance marketing metrics (CPM, engagement rate, CPA, CPC & LTV)
  • Experience in running large-scale paid social campaigns on multiple platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges
Requirements:
  • At least 1-3 years of experience managing paid social campaigns on the client side or at a performance marketing agency
  • Proficient in Excel for performance analysis
  • Knowledge of Facebook bidding, targeting, optimization, as well as web & app tracking setup and troubleshooting
