Job Overview

About the Role: Our mission is to revolutionize the way people eat by making it easier and more enjoyable to cook meals from scratch at home.

This role offers a high-performance/high-impact opportunity to work with teams across the organization, including Brand, Discounts, Creative, and Analytics. As the Lead of Paid Social, you will be responsible for driving growth on the largest channels across our brands as part of the North America team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid social strategies from concept to completion.
  • Analyze performance drivers to optimize campaign ROI.
  • Manage all aspects of campaign trafficking, quality control, campaign launch, reporting, and analysis.
  • Optimize campaign performance towards activation, retention, and reactivation goals.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration to enhance campaign performance.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of efficient growth through a deep understanding of paid social and performance marketing metrics.
  • Experience leading large multi-million dollar growth campaigns on paid social media platforms.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills with an eye for creative performance.
  • Strong analytical skills; able to leverage data to inform day-to-day decision-making.
