Key responsibilities include:

• Administering accounts payable and receivable, ensuring efficient processing and payment of invoices.">
• Preparing and filing tax returns, both federal and state, and ensuring compliance with all tax regulations and deadlines.">
• Developing and monitoring internal controls and policies to ensure financial data integrity and security.">
• Collaborating with external auditors during annual audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations for financial practices.">
• Participating in budget preparation and financial forecasting, providing insights and analysis for strategic decision-making.">
• Implementing and optimizing accounting software and systems to improve financial reporting and operational efficiency.">
• Providing financial analysis and reports to management, highlighting key trends, variances, and areas for improvement.">

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.">
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting for U.S. companies.">
• Proficiency in financial accounting software, with a strong preference for experience in QuickBooks.">
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) in the U.S. and experience with financial statement preparation.">
• Fully fluent in English.">
• Ability to commit long-term and work full-time.">
• Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time).">
