Overview

This role is remote-friendly, but local residency is required to support occasional onsite activities and comply with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Design Team Leads, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to excel in their roles.
  • Develop and implement onboarding and training programs to help new team members integrate seamlessly into the organization.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments and provide constructive feedback to ensure employees are meeting expectations.
  • Manage workload distribution to guarantee high-quality outputs for all stakeholder projects.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture across dispersed geographies.
Job Functions
  • People Management & Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of Design Team Leads, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful project outcomes.
    • Develop and implement strategies to recruit, train, and develop talented team members.
    • Establish and oversee project resourcing processes to ensure projects are adequately staffed.
    • Ensure compliance with quality standards and implement quality control measures.
  • Workforce Management & Resourcing
    • Partner with senior leadership to establish business cases for team growth and oversee effective recruitment activities.
    • Assign tasks based on team members' strengths and expertise, driving efficiency and productivity.
    • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with short- and long-term organizational goals.
  • Operations, Strategy & Process Improvement
    • Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and reporting on progress and outcomes.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to inform data-driven decision-making.
    • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity.
