Position Title: Sr. Customer Service Support
Work Set Up: Work from Home
Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time
Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga
Quick Rundown:
The purpose of this role is to support Senior Client Service Staff by ensuring orders move efficiently from entry to invoicing. It works closely with Dedicated CSRs, taking on routine tasks to allow them to focus on higher-level service needs. The role also interacts directly with sales partners on designated tasks.
What You'll Do:
- Follow direction and learn processes from three Senior Client Service Professionals
- Arrange Jet Courier shipments through the portal for one Sales Partner
- Assist Dedicated Customer Service Representatives with order acknowledgements and shipping confirmations as neede
- Review and manage open order reports, coordinating with suppliers and Dedicated Customer Service Representatives to keep orders on track.
- Investigate and resolve issues preventing invoicing by working with suppliers and internal Customer Service Representatives to finalize orders.
- Support Dedicated Customer Service Representatives with varying tasks, including direct communication with Sales Partners when required.
- Participate in regular check-ins with the Client Customer Service Manager to address volume, questions, and training needs.
