Content Operations Manager

The Content Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of our content team. They are responsible for scheduling, onboarding, mentoring, driving process improvements and maintaining a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and communicate weekly and daily team schedules to ensure consistent coverage.
  • Oversee new hire onboarding including documentation and peer mentorship assignments.
  • Act as primary contact for operational questions and day-to-day workflow issues.
  • Track team performance and process adherence escalating concerns as necessary.
  • Maintain and improve standard operating procedures for scheduling onboarding and reporting.
  • Collaborate with leadership to resolve productivity bottlenecks.
  • Foster an inclusive culture across a 100% remote team.
  • Monitor key operational metrics and deliver regular reports to management.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in operations team supervision or coordination within startup remote or BPO environments.
  • Excellent organizational multitasking and problem solving skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using digital scheduling tools spreadsheets and virtual collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to thrive independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Experience supporting online content creator teams or managing online communities is an advantage.
  • Proactive solutions oriented attitude.
