Operations Supervisor for Content Creators

This role involves overseeing and streamlining the daily operations of our content creator team. Key responsibilities include coordinating schedules, onboarding new hires, acting as a primary contact for operational questions, tracking team performance, and maintaining standard operating procedures.

  • Schedule management: Coordinate weekly and daily team schedules to ensure all coverage needs are consistently met.
  • Onboarding process: Oversee the documentation and peer-mentorship assignments for new hires.
  • Operational support: Act as the primary contact for operational questions and day-to-day workflow issues.
  • Team performance monitoring: Track team performance and process adherence, escalating concerns as necessary.
  • Process improvement: Maintain and improve standard operating procedures for scheduling, onboarding, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing remote teams and a background working within the digital content ecosystem. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills are essential. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are also required.
