Job Summary

Commercial Bid Managers are essential to the success of our business. They produce high-quality content for client-facing materials, working closely with Sales, Client Services, and other teams to ensure accuracy and consistency.

This role involves lead writing, design oversight, and management of client-facing content and deals, as well as coordination with stakeholders to meet output checkpoints and deadlines.

Key responsibilities include tailoring verbiage, coordinating with Sales and Client Services, collaborating with subject matter experts, communicating regularly, and maintaining and updating proactive proposals and presentations.

Additionally, this role involves working with Creatives to format and align content with TaskUs branding and design philosophy, partnering with Integrated Marketing Team to produce and execute content projects, and fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Overall, Commercial Bid Managers play a critical role in conveying and selling TaskUs capabilities and services.

Key Skills And Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in technical writing, creative writing, or proposal management.
  • Mastery of English writing and speaking.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work on tight schedules.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate, influence, and gain commitment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, discernment, and negotiation skills.
