Content Creator Team Operations Manager

At Orca Communications, we have a unique opportunity for an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee and streamline the daily operations of our content creator team.
This is a proactive role that involves coordinating and communicating weekly and daily team schedules, ensuring all coverage needs are consistently met.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and peer-mentorship assignments.
In addition, this role requires acting as the primary contact for operational questions and day-to-day workflow issues, tracking team performance and process adherence, escalating concerns as necessary.
Maintaining and improving standard operating procedures for scheduling, onboarding, and reporting are key responsibilities of this position.
Furthermore, the ideal candidate will collaborate with leadership to resolve productivity bottlenecks, foster an inclusive and productive culture across a 100% remote team, and monitor key operational metrics and deliver regular reports to management.
