Dynamic Sales Outreach Professional

As a Dynamic Sales Outreach Professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by establishing connections with potential customers, generating interest, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Strong relationship-building and communication skills will be crucial to success in this fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishing relationships with potential customers through outbound calls
  • Scheduling consultations between contacts/prospective customers and members of the Sales Team
  • Accurately capturing and inputting information into the system
  • Representing the organization in a professional manner when conversing with contacts
  • Ensuring all interactions meet the standards and requirements of the organization
  • Delivering reports accurately and on a timely basis
  • Contributing to process-improvement initiatives
Essential Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of successful experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or similar role;
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
  • Strong internet connection
  • Designated professional and quiet workspace
  • Able to work non-traditional hours including nights
