The ideal candidate for this Virtual Assistant GHL Specialist role will possess strong experience in utilizing Go High Level (GHL) for CRM setup, automation, funnel creation, and client management. This position plays a pivotal part in streamlining workflows, ensuring seamless campaign execution, and providing support to both internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and manage GHL CRM accounts for clients, including pipelines, workflows, triggers, and automations.
- Design and optimize funnels, landing pages, forms, and surveys within GHL.
- Integrate GHL with third-party tools such as Stripe, Zapier, calendars, and email systems.
- Manage and monitor email, SMS, and social media automations within the platform.
- Assist with lead management by organizing contacts, tagging, and segmenting audiences.
- Provide support for appointment scheduling, calendar management, and reminders.
- Generate and analyze reports on campaigns, pipelines, and conversions.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure workflows align with client goals.
- Proven experience working with GHL CRM (setup, automation, and funnel management).
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and sales pipelines.
- Familiarity with email and SMS marketing best practices.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
