Job Overview

The ideal candidate for this Virtual Assistant GHL Specialist role will possess strong experience in utilizing Go High Level (GHL) for CRM setup, automation, funnel creation, and client management. Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and manage GHL CRM accounts for clients, including pipelines, workflows, triggers, and automations.
  • Design and optimize funnels, landing pages, forms, and surveys within GHL.
  • Integrate GHL with third-party tools such as Stripe, Zapier, calendars, and email systems.
  • Manage and monitor email, SMS, and social media automations within the platform.
  • Assist with lead management by organizing contacts, tagging, and segmenting audiences.
  • Provide support for appointment scheduling, calendar management, and reminders.
  • Generate and analyze reports on campaigns, pipelines, and conversions.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure workflows align with client goals.
