Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategy and execute plans for user acquisition and retention across various channels.


This role requires strong leadership skills, experience managing remote teams, and expertise in marketing analytics and tools. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the iGaming industry and a deep understanding of acquisition funnels, retention strategies, and ROI optimization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns, affiliate programs, content marketing, and CRM initiatives
  • Lead and coordinate a remote marketing team, ensuring smooth collaboration and high performance
  • Monitor KPIs and ROI across all marketing channels and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business goals

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing management in the crypto or iGaming industry
  • Strong leadership and remote team management experience
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, affiliate platforms)
  • Understanding of acquisition funnels, retention strategies, and ROI optimization
  • Excellent communication, project management, and decision-making skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
