Job Title: GoHighLevel CRM Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Virtual Assistant with expertise in GoHighLevel to assist our clients in customizing, building, and managing their white-labeled CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of using GoHighLevel and possess excellent project management and organizational skills.

Job Description:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, customizing, and maintaining white-labeled GoHighLevel CRM accounts.
  • They will build and manage marketing funnels, landing pages, automation workflows, SMS/email campaigns, and pipelines.
  • The candidate will also assist in onboarding new clients into the CRM platform.
  • Additionally, they will troubleshoot issues, optimize systems, and ensure a seamless user experience.
  • They will track progress on ongoing CRM build-outs and automation projects.
  • The candidate will coordinate timelines and deliverables for client CRM setups.
  • They will conduct research on features or competitor CRMs when needed.
  • The successful candidate will serve as the point of contact for client questions about their CRM.
  • They will manage client communication and provide timely updates or escalations.
  • The candidate will prepare walkthroughs, SOPs, or short training videos for clients.
  • They will manage email inboxes and calendars related to CRM or onboarding.
  • Lastly, the candidate will organize CRM assets (templates, campaigns, workflows).
  • They will create reports or summaries of account performance or engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A proven track record of using GoHighLevel.
  • Familiarity with CRM setup, sales funnels, automation, and white labeling.
  • Experience working as a Virtual Assistant, Tech VA, or CRM Specialist.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Able to work independently, follow SOPs, and maintain confidentiality.
